June 2014 Walking Update~ All that Matters

Rainbow RibbonIn June 2014 for my walking update, I wanted to show you that I can get my walker out of the car by myself and in turn my recent awareness was confirmed, love is all that matters.

Weeks ago I heard myself say, “There is so much love in my heart that nothing else matters.” That’s easy to say when everything is going the way I want.

When my neighbor recorded this video I was feeling so well, I felt so strong and powerful, my plan was to practice getting my walker back in the car. When I tried, I was too weak to even stand and lift the walker. I won’t quit trying because I know~

It’s true, living with MS is like riding a roller coaster.

Writing these updates really make MSrelief.com an online journal!  I re-watch the videos and re-read the posts and I honestly am telling the truth! (Of course I have to make sure my hair is done and I have a clean shirt on.)

I have honestly accepted my life with MS. I have found purpose and enjoyment, I laugh every day!   As I recognize that my strength isn’t coming back quickly and I really don’t know if it ever will, it really goes back to, “There is so much love in my heart that nothing else really matters.”

God has blessed me with a life full of people I love, who love me, and that is what’s important, what really matters.
